What buttons do, how popups work, and role-specific tips. Use the topics on the left or the Help button in the top bar anytime.
Profile, organization, platform controls, and data — kept tidy by role.
Each company has its own employees, staff, residents, and records. Users only see data tied to this organization — never another company's census, charts, or directory.
New staff sign up with this code to join your company only.
Every new company gets sample staff (nurse, CNAs, scheduler, dietary, activities, and more), 8 residents in mixed stages (active, new admit, hospitalized, hospice, LOA, discharged), and varied care plans (draft, active, closed). All records are tagged SAMPLE DATA and scoped to your company only — remove when you go live.
When you add your real organization, remove demo accounts and records so only your live census remains.
This is your employee profile — separate from any resident or patient chart you may view.
Resident profiles are entered and maintained by employees, nurses, administrators, and facility owners. Select a resident from the chart switcher in the top bar, then return here to edit their demographic and care profile. Resident records are separate from staff employee accounts.
Connect email (SMTP_*) and webhooks (NOTIFY_WEBHOOK_URL) at deploy time. Referral and alert payloads can route through your webhook endpoint.
Time punch clock-in, activity feeds, and licensing documents integrate via REST APIs in this build (/api/shifts, /api/activities, /api/documents).
Recommended: HTTPS reverse proxy with multi-factor authentication for production deployments.
